Located in sunny Brisbane, these bespoke townhouses provide a visual pop and respond delicately to the climate. I enjoyed the problem-solving excercise of designing sustainably while conforming to the council's requirments.

North-facing glazing floods the interior with natural light and warmth and also maximizes the views of the adjacent park.
The floor plate of the second level is cut back in order to create a void which is an architectural element I wanted to incorporate in my design.

Site conditions were carefully considered to ensure suitable shading was provided to East & West facing windows.
Linear skylights grace each level allowing plenty of natural light in throughout the space.

Wrap-around skylights add a beautiful effect in the master bedroom
